One of Oxford's most successful innovative companies has a new opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead, manage and execute strategic projects with the Human Resources team.

- Lead global HR projects, working with regional teams to plan, design and execute initiatives
- The design and development of documentation whilst completing and delivering audit requirements
- Create and manage a wide range of activities to include critical data insight, reporting timelines, pay reviews and strategic meetings
- Lead ongoing evaluations of the HR landscape and communicate with stakeholders. Defining the requirements to lead, design and implement solutions
- Support the embedding and continuous improvement of policy and process, enhancing business impact and cultural alignment

You will have a proven track record of supporting positive HR change in a previously growing business. Hybrid working is offered 2 or 3 days per week with an excellent benefits package.
An excellent package is offered above and beyond the current market value
The role is open on a permanent or contract basis with the view to moving in-house after 6 months.
