One of Oxford's most successful innovative companies has a new opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead, manage and execute strategic projects with the Human Resources team.

Working closely with the Director of Global HR Systems and Operations, duties will include:

  • Lead global HR projects, working with regional teams to plan, design and execute initiatives
  • The design and development of documentation whilst completing and delivering audit requirements
  • Create and manage a wide range of activities to include critical data insight, reporting timelines, pay reviews and strategic meetings
  • Lead ongoing evaluations of the HR landscape and communicate with stakeholders. Defining the requirements to lead, design and implement solutions
  • Support the embedding and continuous improvement of policy and process, enhancing business impact and cultural alignment

You will have a proven track record of supporting positive HR change in a previously growing business. Experienced in the successful delivery and assurance of complex projects with skills in HRIS, data (insights/KPIs) and governance.

Hybrid working is offered 2 or 3 days per week with an excellent benefits package.
