- Oversee performance reviews and development plans for all direct reports, ensuring consistent feedback is delivered.

- Approve and oversee store staffing schedules to optimize coverage and service.
- Maintain the integrity of payroll and related processes.
- Ensure the store's visual standards are consistently excellent.
- Adjust visual merchandising strategies based on sales performance to maximize revenue.
- Maintain strict adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Retail Operations to manage inventory accuracy and control shrinkage within acceptable limits.
- Lead the transformation of in-store customer engagement to develop deep and meaningful client relationships.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
