    Job Title: 2nd Line Onsite Engineer

    If you're a seasoned 2nd Line Support Engineer based in the UK, our client wants to connect with you They're seeking someone with a knack for troubleshooting and maintaining systems, meeting SLAs, and providing top-notch customer support.

    In this role, you'll take charge of tickets, ensuring they're resolved or escalated promptly, while collaborating with teams to achieve shared objectives. The client values your career growth and offers opportunities for professional development.

    Duties/Skillsets:

    · Microsoft Exchange

    · Active Directory

    · Cloud (Azure, AWS or Google cloud)

    · SCCM

    · Office 365

    · Mobile Device Management

    · Intune

    · Windows Servers (full range)

    · Server Virtualisation (HyperV / VMWare)

    · Local Area Networking

    · Symantec Products

    · Cisco LAN/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs)

    · Routing/switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers and firewalls

    · Citrix ( XenApp/XenDesktop)

    · Formal IT qualification, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs massively advantageous

    · Sharepoint 2010/2013
