- Bachelors degree inbusiness administration finance economics accounting or itsequivalent and a relevant certification such as a CPA CMA or CFA. Agraduate degree is highly desirable.
- 10 yearsof work experience in industry or a combination of industry andconsulting experience (preferred) in areas such as financialanalysis capital markets business development industry researchmergers acquisitions divestitures corporate finance process/changemanagement or strategy/management consulting. Negotiation andleadership skills are highly desirable. Relevant experience withinone or more industries is desirable.
