Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join their team in the NG2 area of Nottingham.

You will be responsible for looking after a number of accounts, ensuring they receive a great service from start to finish and completing administrative duties alongside this.

£22,000 starting salary

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:

  • Providing admin support to other areas in the business.
  • Ordering parts and equipment for works to be carried out.
  • Keeping the database up to date at all times.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Work as one team in supporting your colleagues.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft office.
  • Experience of using a database (desirable).
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
