Due to large investment and record success we are lookingto grow our recruitment consultant teams and are looking for career driven professionals to drive the success further.

We are looking for hard-working experienced recruitment professionals in our Newcastle Upon-Tyne office.

You will be based in the city centre office, and have the opportunity to work on markets across UK or European IT markets.

What the role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant entails:

Business development/ cold calling to build client relationships
Selling and negotiation

- full 360 degrees management of a recruitment process
- mentoring 2-3 Trainee Recruitment consultants

What we require from Recruitment Consultants:

1.5+ years recruitment experience
Complete fluency in English (spoken and written)
A strong work ethic, selfmotivation and drive to succeed
Confidence, resilience, organisation skills and perseverance
Demonstration of key recruitment principles

What we offer Recruitment Consultants:

Competitive starting base salary (£23,000 £25,000)
Uncapped commission (average first year OTE £40,000+)
