    Job Description:
    We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager manager to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments for both measuring up and fitting, engaging with homeowners and tenants, coordinating with fitting teams, and handling product deliveries.

    This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Schedule appointments for measuring up and fitting with homeowners and tenants.
    Coordinate with fitting teams to ensure timely and efficient installations.
    Manage product deliveries, including scheduling and receipt.
    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    Utilize Business Micros Evolution software to manage appointments and track orders (training will be provided).
    Maintain accurate records of appointments, orders, and customer interactions.
    Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
    Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:
    Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the window installations or home improvement industry.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
    Proficiency in using office software and willingness to learn new systems.
    Flexibility with working hours (9-6, 9-5, or 8-4) to accommodate delivery schedules and operational needs.
    Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including receiving and organizing product deliveries.
    Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
