We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager.
This role is pivotal in driving our B2B marketing efforts, specialising in content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive business growth.
1- Content Creation:Develop engaging and informative content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy that resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and effectively communicates our brand messaging.Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, integrating findings into content strategy.
Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, visuals, and videos, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise engagement and reach.3- Paid Advertising:
Plan, implement, and optimise B2B paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.Track and report on the performance of paid campaigns, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.~3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media management, and paid advertising.
~ Proven ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and leads.
~ Experience with paid advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
~ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position based at our office in Redhill, with flexible working hours.
