- Managing daytoday digital marketing operations (e.g., across all paid advertising channels, including but not limited to Twitch, LinkedIn, Twitter and Meta platforms, and reporting on these channels.
- Manage daily social media with content creation to ensure paid and organic growth across our key platforms, Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan photo shoots, PR launches, influencers and advertising campaigns to maximise our company's exposure.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Minimum 2 years of proven marketing experience
- Desirable working experience in a hospitality leisure, esports gaming or similar environment.
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time, prioritising workload seamlessly.
- Show keen attention to detail and a creative approach to new campaigns.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in video games and consumer marketing.
- Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships with customers via marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of best practices across email marketing, social media, paid media, and websites.
