Make an Impact
You will play a key role in the order processing and delivery process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability across our order fulfillment processes.
Your primary responsibilities include quality assurance and control, quality standard & process optimization, regulatory compliance and fulfillment.You will collaborate internally with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, and externally with suppliers' and customers' technical teams to develop, implement, and maintain robust quality systems and processes.
Develop and implement standardized processes and quality assurance procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our order delivery and operation.
Execute day-to-day quality control tasks, including verifying incoming images and fulfilling QA requests, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the order processProvide essential support to customer orders and projects, strategically placing QA tasks at key points in the order chain to ensure seamless order delivery and proactively minimizing the likelihood of issues arising
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address day-to-day operational challenges and drive continuous improvement, as well as optimize automation and scalability within quality assurance practices
Track and analyze quality assurance data to ensure process efficiency and improvement, while also leveraging insights to benefit other areas of the business

Master's degree in Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
