Are you an experienced Property Surveyor looking to step into a leadership role? A Social Housing provider are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Surveying Team as Lead Property Surveyor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in supporting vibrant and thriving communities Responsibilities:As the Lead Property Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Property Surveyors and support staff.
Your key duties will include:
Providing leadership and guidance to the surveyor teamConducting building surveys and repair diagnosesEnsuring service excellence and continuous improvement within the teamImplementing pragmatic solutions to property-related challengesUpholding health and safety standards, including asbestos regulationsDemonstrating outstanding communication skills and IT literacyRequirements: The ideal candidate will possess:Experience and qualifications in building surveyingStrong leadership and management skillsA commitment to delivering exceptional serviceA proactive approach to problem-solvingGenuine passion for making a positive impact on customers and communitiesKnowledge of health and safety legislation, including asbestos regulationsExcellent communication skills and IT proficiency The application deadline is Sunday 28th March, with interviews taking place from Wednesday 1st May.
