- Manage incoming calls and voicemails.
- Follow up with inquiries from new and potential clients.
- Manage and update our database / CRM of current and potential clients.
- Schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Support the business development team in preparing proposals and bids in accordance with company guidelines.
- Engage with the wider technical team to develop an understanding of our services.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
