    The Opportunity:

    Eight Versa has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Administrator.

    This supportive role will enable us to provide a smooth and professional services to our clients and help us build strong relationships with current and potential clients.

    This is a three-month fixed-term contract (FTC) and requires an immediate start.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming calls and voicemails.
    • Follow up with inquiries from new and potential clients.
    • Manage and update our database / CRM of current and potential clients.
    • Schedule meetings for the business development team.
    • Support the business development team in preparing proposals and bids in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Engage with the wider technical team to develop an understanding of our services.

    Personal attributes and skills:

    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
    • Experience with CRM systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detail
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
