We currently have a vacancy for a commercial data administrator for our team in Runcorn. The position is a full-time role with hybrid working.

Mission

You will be supporting the commercial and product management departments across the whole business.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the setup of new products on to IT systems
  • Liaising with Suppliers to source and maintain product information (SDS, TDS, Certifications)
  • Coordinate the creation of Azelis own brand documentation (SDS/TDS)
  • Shelf life, Country of Origin, commodity and tarric code corrections/updates
  • Setting up of new warehouses on internal systems
  • Principal communication to request data/documents.
  • Communication and coordination with the SHEQ Team, and internal key holders.
  • Sending updated SDS to relevant warehouses where required.
  • Coordinating raw material information package for customers.
  • Updating product & customer departments or multidepartment's
  • Pack size creations
  • Shelflife extension requests from the Principal.
  • Onboarding new Principals by ensuring all documentation is received and sent to the data manager complete.
  • Adhoc projects as required by the commercial teams and other departments.
