Salary :
Competitive plus Veolia benefits (plus up to 10% bonus after qualifying period)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

To effectively supervise the day to day operational activities of the collection crews and associated personnel to meet the contract objectives as well as the company's objectives and targets.

To manage the collection crews and ensure they are complying with all relevant legislation and all company policies and procedures in relation to their roles.

To investigate and resolve with the crews, missed collections, complaints, service failures and report to the Operations Managers any resolutions
If whilst reviewing the crew's activities anything that may impact on service or the health, safety and welfare of the crews or Members of the Public is seen, the operation is stopped and you address those concerns with the crew immediately and report the failings to the Operations Manager

To carry out first line investigations for absence, and other breaches of policy and procedure gaining all the evidence in a timely manner and present to the Operations Managers once complete.
