Your job is to connect the dots. People will come to you with problems to solve or questions to ask.

More often than not, you will need to rely on others, such as colleagues in repairs or rent teams, for the solutions you need.

That's why being able to network and develop relationships across the organisation will be so valuable to your success.

Our particular team have a focus on estates which the council are, or will be, re-building homes upon. This brings a unique set of challenges. Our task is to protect them from any disruption as much as possible.

An understanding of the issues of housing, estate management, health and safety and how these impact on the well-being of residents and the responsibilities of landlords

Knowledge of current legislation relevant to housing, tenancy and leasehold management and safety and estate management

Keeping abreast of updates in relevant housing, tenancy and leasehold management legislation.


Demonstrable experience of effective working partnerships with multi-agencies, local residents, environmental, community groups and police within a performance based environment.

Experience of managing casework and following these through successfully

Experience of resolving queries, providing advice and support to customers, including the analysis of information to enable informed decision-making.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
From £20.50 per hour
