Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the team on a Temp to Perm basis.
This role can be worked on a flexible, hybrid basis
The ideal
Purchase Ledger Assistant would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties
Purchase Ledger Assistant duties:
- Processing and matching high volume invoices
- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve invoice issues
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparation and production of supplier payments
- Resolution of any supplier and store queries relating to invoicing
- Purchase order administration
- Balance sheet reconciliations
