SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Up to £24k salary)

Our Client

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our clients, a specialist manufacturer within Worcestershire.

Job Responsibilities

  • To respond to incoming enquiries promptly and according to our client's SLA
  • Assist the Sales Manager and the Head of Commercial with administrative duties.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties
  • Maintain our clients CRM database
  • Work with sales team to reach sales goals
  • Assist external and internal Stakeholders
  • Raise purchase orders and generate invoices.
  • Archiving all sales documentation when required
  • Keeping track of all of sales material
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer enquiries
  • Assist with Events administration
  • 1 year+ previous experience supporting a sales team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to be able to prioritize and multitask in order to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft package and CRM
  • An exceptional problem solver
