An exciting opportunity has arisen within the South Rural Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) on a permanent basis at 30hours per week.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is passionate, committed, innovative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to delivering high quality work.


The South Rural INT is based at Hadleigh Health Centre, providing an opportunity to work within a knowledgeable and experienced team.

The team consists of district & community nurses, assistant practitioners, generic workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social care workers. The team is led by a lead therapist and overall managed by an INT manager.


We are committed to patient centred care in the right place, at the right time and provide a comprehensive supervision and training programme with career progression opportunities.

The service has a high profile within the Trust and thrives on innovation and challenge.

It has taken a lead role in many developments, which are helping to shape the future of patient pathways within the local area.


The role will include a comprehensive induction into the community service followed by a local induction to introduce you to the role.

We pride ourselves on the holistic care approach we provide from initial assessment to identify the needs of patients in their own homes.

You'll be using your knowledge, experience and expertise to provide admin support to our frontline NHS teams.

This role requires the use of IT systems including patient recording systems

You will be arranging meetings, maintaining staff files, ordering stock, collecting data, creating templates, issuing equipment to name a few of the tasks involved in this role

We would also expect you to share our passion for delivering excellent patient care

NHS experience isn't a requirement for this role but would be preferred.

To ensure a more seamless flow for patient care between hospital and community settings, enabling patients to be cared for in their own home environment
