ESTATE AGENTS ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHER

SALARY £20-25,000 DOE

Are you looking a position that can fully utilise your skills and experience as a
photographer / videographer? My client is looking for someone with experience in this field.
You will be working for a busy estate agent in a fantastic office covering Maidstone & Medway.
You will need to have a passion for this sort of work and have a portfolio to show at interview.

You will be working in a busy and dynamic environment, great communication and organisational skills are essential for this position.

You must have a portfolio to show at interview along with internal & external photos/video of a house
Main responsibilities

Taking internal and external photographs of properties coming onto the market for sale or let
Videoing the property for virtual tours
Floorplans
Drone footage
Small amounts of graphic design
Assisting with social media content

Skills & Experience Required

Photography and videography experience essential
Excellent time management
IT Literate
Great communication skills
Local knowledge preferred
Ability to maintain administrative processes

Full driving licence and car essential
