The Team:
The EMEA ROS Corporates team is a collaborative team that works with various internal stakeholders to ensure that the end-to-end ratings journey is executed in a timely and efficient manner.
The Impact:
Responsibilities:
Complete key steps of the end-to-end ratings process for low and medium complexity jobs for one practice independently with pace and quality to meet customer needs
Support team members and accomplishing team priorities (job processing, continuous improvement, problem solving etc.)
Guide and support analysts and connect with other business partners across the organization to solve business problems
Show proficient understanding of the end-to-end ratings process, knowledge of the SOPs, operating manuals and standard work
Understand the role of Ratings Operations and its alignment with other functions within S&P
Have a strong learning mindset and live the ROS operating principles of relevance, integrity and excellence
What We're Looking For:
A S&P Global an employee at this level would typically have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an operational role/similar role
Degree preferred but not essential
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a particular focus on customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and quality
