Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced Positive Behaviour Support lead to join our team providing person centred care across several small residential establishments in Cardiff and Barry.


We specialise in providing support led residential care to individuals age 12 and over with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, sometimes with communication difficulties and presenting behaviours of concern.

We promote a "can do" approach that seeks to enable individuals to meet their full potential and gives them a strong voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.


Experience in the social care sector, of dealing with behaviours of concern, positive behaviour management and reducing restrictive practice is essential.

You will be expected to contribute towards creating a best practice environment as an integral part of a dedicated team, where everyone is valued, professional development is encouraged and our service users are at the heart of everything we do.


They will have direct input into development of company policies and procedures involving the care and support of service users and responsibility for ensuring that the clinical, physical and emotional needs of those we support are being met.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
