- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications and respond appropriately or escalate as needed.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation and visa processing.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs, ensuring executives are well-prepared for all trips.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support with the day to day activities of the C-suite executives.
