Our client, a leading business in the Technology sector is seeking an Office Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis to oversee the smooth-running of the office and business as a whole.


Due to growth our client is looking to add an Office Manager to join the business, working closely with the Directors and managing a small team of Administrators to ensure the business is running at the highest possible levels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a small team of operational Administrators
  • Work closely with Directors on various projects
  • Lead on Health and Safety across the business including policy formation, risk mitigation, compliance
  • Ensure the office is running smoothly
  • Liaising with external companies such as Health and Safety / ISO consultants
  • Manage fleet of vehicles
  • Manage contracts with external third parties
  • Liaise with HR on office and company policies
  • Liaise with facility management vendors
  • Work with different teams in the business to ensure standards are upheld
  • Be the goto person for any questions or queries within the organisation

Key experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Operations / Office Manager role
  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Experience of completing administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of liaising with third party contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts etc
  • Used to working at Directorlevel, liaising with members of the board, and implementing procedures
  • Working on varied projects as and when required to do so
  • Ability to multitask whilst maintain standards at all times
