Working as a Freelance Trainer / Staff Training Consultant you will be responsible for understanding the unique training needs of each client and developing custom programs that meet those needs.

DUTIES
Working as a Freelance Trainer / Staff Training Consultant your duties will include:
Conduct a thorough training needs analysis to identify the training requirements of each client

Design and develop bespoke training programs that align with the specific needs of the client

Deliver training courses either in-person or virtually in an engaging and effective way

Use a variety of training methodologies to ensure that each course is effective and meets the learning objectives of the client

Provide post-training evaluation and feedback to ensure the success of the training program

Continuously improve training materials and delivery based on feedback and evaluation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in designing and delivering training courses, with a track record of successfully meeting client needs

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire participants

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively

Willingness to work on a project-based, freelance basis

These roles are offered on a freelance consultancy basis and work offered will be on an ad-hoc basis, dependent upon requests from employers.
