- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children
- Deliver fun-focused sessions following Barracudas Fencing training
- Conduct safe and exciting sessions based on age appropriateness
- Provide safety instructions and supervise equipment usage
- Attend to children's needs throughout the day
- Promote maximum participation
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Complete session paperwork accurately
- Regularly check fencing equipment
- Ensure general welfare and safety
- Maintain site cleanliness and equipment organization
- Ensure safe equipment use
- Complete the FREE 1-day Fencing+ course
- Be 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Provide satisfactory references
- Be enthusiastic, caring, and organized with excellent communication skills
- Obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Attend necessary training and events
- Assist with camp setup and pack up
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance
- Organize appropriate activities for children
- Encourage participation in activities
- Ensure children behave safely
- Follow camp systems and guidelines
- Be a positive role model
- Report concerns about Child Protection
- Accommodate children with additional needs
- Deliver Skills Builder sessions if needed
- Support swimming sessions when required
