    A great opportunity for a Head Chef to join the team at The Refuge - Kimpton Clocktower!

    Offering a competitive salary of 45,000-50,000!

    Key requirements for the Head Chef position:

    • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience in a similar role at a 4/5* Hotel or Restaurant
    • Proven track record in managing budgeted food & payroll costs
    • Expertise in local cuisine and experience catering to various events and restaurant settings
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a large team
    • Focus on company due diligence, health & safety, and menu development
