    Duties:


    Provide tailored support to young people to enable them to gain, learn from, develop in and maintain their internship and to make a positive progression into employment.

    Provide tailored support to employers to enable them to offer a meaningful internship and recruit interns where possible.
    Co-ordinate, develop and deliver the work element of the Supported Internship Programme.
    Good standard of computer literacy and have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
    Qualification in working with people with learning difficulties and or disabilities / supported employment / careers.
    You will have a keen interest in your industry and willing to undergo further training and development.
    You are ambitious, professional, respectful and resilient, thriving in a high trust and high performance culture.
