Description

This group offers a dynamic and friendly environment, deal flow and high exposure and one where you will accrue extensive UK and European crossborder M&A deal experience within a full service investment banking setup.

Key tasks

Execution of ongoing deals within the group, e.g. M&A transactions, Financing, Capital Markets etc
Supporting senior bankers delivering strategic advice to clients

Strategic idea generation
Preparation of pitch book and discussion materials
Data analysis
Modelling (operating models, capital models, merger models, LBO, etc.)

Requirements:

A proven background in FIG Investment banking (with a credible investment bank or boutique, prominent corporate or Big M&A team) along with relevant transactional experience
Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc )
Experience in buyside and sellside M&A
Project management
Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
Outstanding analytical skills
Team work
