GSL Education Kentare currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic Geography Teacher to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Shepway.
We want an individual whose passion will cultivate a deeper appreciation for our planet's diverse ecosystems and cultures, fostering environmental stewardship and global awareness in young minds.
As a Teacher of Geography, your responsibilities will be to:Craft and present captivating geography lessons, customised to suit the diverse learning requirements of students.
Encourage active engagement and cultivate critical thinking skills, nurturing an environment that inspires learning.
Provide valuable feedback and guidance to students, empowering them to excel academically.
Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the geography curriculum and facilitate interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Promote a strong sense of respect for the environment and cultural diversity among students.
Requirements for the Geography Teacher role:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching certifications.
Display verified expertise as a Geography Teacher.
Possess a solid teaching background with flexibility to tailor methods for diverse student requirements.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom environment.
Dedicated to promoting equal opportunities and prioritizing student well-being.
Overseas trained teachers with experience in teaching Geography are also encouraged to apply.
