Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Admin Assistant on behalf of their established client based in Leeds. This an office based role, working within a fast paced environment.


Typical duties will involve:

updating the database with speed & accuracy,chasing compliance documents and essentially, helping the wider Remortgage team with other adhoc duties.

Description
The key duties/ responsibilities of the Admin Assistant role will involve:

  • Replying to requisitions
  • Liaising with the Land Registry
  • Carry out electronic searches at the Land Registry
  • Submitting any manual registrations required
  • Chasing existing lenders for removal of their charge by telephone
  • Liaising with third parties for outstanding/amended documents required for registration

Profile

The successful Admin Assistant will have/ be:

  • Organised
  • Great communication skills (written/ verbal)
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/ Excel)
