ROLE SUMMARY

The position also involves a high degree of exposure, working with senior management teams to deliver real time AV services and incident management in line with existing SLA's Technical management of clients' global AV estate, onsite in London andremotely for other sites. This position will be London-based with the ability to work from home when necessary. We wouldexpect that the Technical Manager would be in the office a minimum of three days per week.

RESPONSIBILITES

The Technical Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Technical management of the onsite AV systems globally

- First point of contact for L2 technical issues escalated by AV Technicians or IT/UC

departments

- Work closely with global IT/UC/AV counterparts

- Deliver ongoing 'best-practice' training to in-house AV Technicians and Global IT support to

ensure standards are being upheld in use of AV Equipment

- Work closely with SME Team and any engineers called to site

- Perform and document AV Firmware updates where necessary

- Perform and document AV Software updates where necessary

- Build relationships with AV partners such as Crestron/Cisco and be aware of future updates

that may affect the company and its' Global AV systems.

- Ensure Operational availability of all AV enabled meeting rooms and all other AV

environments

- Incident management

- Work with UC teams on new projects

- Assist the SDM and AV Operations Manager with technical elements of recruitment

- Dissemination of information to all interested parties e.g., room serviceability state to key users

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with global counterparts within the clients'

organisation
**- Assist Operations Manager in team meetings to discuss service and operational issues
