We are looking to recruit a highly organised, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with experience of minute taking and meeting organisation essential along with a sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications. Experience of working in the education and schools' sector would be desirable.
The DSLS Business Support Office plays a critical role in providing efficient and coordinated support to the Board of Trustees, Schools Executive Committee and wider membership of School Leaders. The successful candidate will work alongside the Business Operations Manager (BOM) and Communications & Events Coordinator as an integral part of a small but dedicated team which prides itself on delivering high quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
In return, the role will offer an interesting and rewarding insight into matters affecting school leadership in education at a time of significant developments within the sector. This is part- time role working 25 hours per week during school term time. The hours may be worked flexibly across 4 days subject to business needs which will be discussed at interview. There will also be a requirement for occasional working out of normal office hours to include travel for meetings and events at a variety of venues.
