_Project Manager - Facade/Cladding/Rainscreen/Teracotta_

The Company
My client are a Principle Contractor, who have an established facade/cladding division.

They operate throughout London and the Home Counties, providing a range of specialist services.


The Role - Project Manager (Facade/Cladding)
My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join them on sites in London.

Works will include strip off and replacement of combustible cladding on residential blocks.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day to day aspects of the project.
  • Driving the project outcomes.
  • Maintaining the health and safety in the project.
  • Procurement of specialist subcontractors
  • Progress reports
  • Managing the scope work package and developing strategic package programmes

You will need to have a background in Facade/Cladding
