Senior Project Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

£80k-£100k + full benefits package

Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Top 20 Main Contractor in the UK.

The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects.

Current projects range from £50m to £350m+ and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings.

Senior Project Manager - Tier 1 Contractor

Secondary Education New Build/Refurbishment projects - £40m+

Project programmed to complete in 2027.

My client is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead an education projects in West London.
The project involves the demolition of existing buildings, refurbishment works and new build College blocks, provision of temporary accommodation, MUGA pitches and external works.
You will lead the project as No.1 Senior Project Manager taking full responsibility for project delivery.
You will lead a team of Senior Site Managers and Site Managers.
You will be part of a collaborative wider team, liaising with commercial and design colleagues and leading all teams on site.

Candidates will need to have relevant experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor ideally gained on projects of a similar size and scope.

Candidates will need to have a stable career history with reputable Tier 1 contractors and live within a one hour commute of site.
