Job Description:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our Year 4 pupils, fostering their academic progress and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum, ensuring that learning objectives are met and student progress is maximised.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
Assess student learning through formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback to students and parents to support their continued growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, maintaining open communication and promoting parental involvement in their child's education.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events, contributing to the overall ethos and success of the schoolRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 2 students are essential.
A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and a passion for delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community
