Job Title: Student Support Worker

Salary Range: £22,323 - £24,775

Type: Permanent

Schedule: Full-time

Drawing inspiration from house managers and tutors, your responsibilities will revolve around helping young individuals participate in a variety of community activities. These activities include land-based and craft ventures, social interactions, physical exercises, and promoting self-sufficiency. Our methodology aims to empower the individuals we assist, enabling them to lead gratifying lives.

Requirements:

• An in-depth understanding of the obstacles encountered by young people dealing with learning difficulties, disabilities, and autism.
• Previous experience in working with young individuals having learning difficulties and disabilities, encompassing emotional and behavioral struggles and challenging conduct.
• A valid and unrestricted driver's license (preferred).
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and Safeguarding practices.
• Valid certifications in supporting young people in an educational or care environment (preferred).
