- Collaborate with the Head of Performance Analysis to plan and coordinate departmental coding activities.
- Design analysis tools (user interfaces, calculations, and databases) for assessing race car performance and handling.
- Establish software testing procedures.
- Create the departmental software development and testing approach.
- Assist other Python users by providing guidance and coding/methods recommendations.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with source control.
- Solid grasp of engineering, physics, and mathematics.
- Familiarity with SQL and time-series databases (e.g., Influx).
- Experience with the following libraries would be beneficial but not mandatory:

Job description:
We are offering an opportunity for a Python developer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this position, you will lead and carry out various programming tasks to assist in creating analysis and data pipeline tools within the Performance Analysis group. At Andretti Global, we aim to excel in every aspect of our team.
