My client is a very well established, successful, fast growing, multi-award winning, UK Mortgage and Protection Network.

The company's main aim is to provide world class support and guidance to its Appointed Representative (AR) firms and independent MortgageAdvisors alike, utilising their cutting-edge systems and regulatory expertise.

The company are currently keen to recruit several additional Mortgage Compliance Reviewer's (handling Residential and BTL mortgage cases) to join their established team.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis. Once you have completed your initial training, there can also be some flexibility available to manage e.g. your school runs suitably into your working week.

Key responsibilities within the role will include:

Completing 1-2-1 reviews, checking cases and supporting specific AR Firms / Advisors.
Complete reviews of mortgage and insurance cases, provide feedback on risks, shortfalls or potential fraud for Advisor action.
Monitor AR competence records (CPD) and provide feedback.
Review sales promotions and documentation. Provide feedback/guidance as required.
Keep team spreadsheets up to date.
Previous mortgage compliance file reviewing experience and/or experience of handling mortgage client compliance based documentation. This experience may have been gained for example as a Mortgage Compliance Reviewer, a Mortgage Administrator, a MortgageAdvisor, a Mortgage Underwriter or a bank/building society based Customer Service Advisor.
