A fantastic opportunity to join a family run business in Ashby-de-la-Zouch who have over 20 years' experience within the kitchen and furniture industry.

All our client's furniture is truly bespoke. Designed, crafted, and manufactured in the UK.


What we need form you as a Bench Hand Joiner:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in kitchens and furniture making
  • Full UK Driver's License is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ideally live in a 10mile radius of AshbydelaZouch

Desirable but not essential:


  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in carpentry and joinery

Responsibilities and duties include:


  • Manufacturing of bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, home studies and furniture
  • Making cabinets and doors
  • Operate a range of machinery and handheld tools
  • Sanding
  • Timber machining

Salary:
£12.00 to £16.00 per hour


Hours of work:


Working full time, 43.75 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7.45am - 5.00pm and Friday - 7.45am - 4.00pm - with some flexibility.

Occasional Saturdays may be required.
