We have a fantastic opportunity to join our
People Team as a
People Partner at Monmouthshire Building Society.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner you will partner with allocated business areas and work as part of the team to support the Head of People to deliver the people strategy and support the Society's strategic plan.


The key purpose of the role is to:

  • Be a trusted partner to aligned business areas providing strategic advice and support on all people matters, helping build their people capability.
  • Use MI and HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities and manage risk in conjunction with your business area, develop solutions and prioritise the delivery of these business goals.
  • Support the design and implementation of HR policies, practices and strategic initiatives to ensure the Society recruits, retains and promotes highly skilled and motivated people in every area of our work.
