Our team consists of HR, Learning and Development, Talent, and Colleague Communication professionals. We are a welcoming and ambitious group with a strong focus on our colleagues' growth and the achievement of our business goals.
How we operate
We are a flexible team primarily based at our Cardiff or Newport offices. This position will involve interacting with managers and colleagues, requiring a visible presence, but remote work is also accommodated, allowing for self-managed work schedules.
Recruitment process:
If you are selected for an interview, the initial stage will be conducted via Teams the week commencing 3rd June, followed by an assessment centre for final interviews scheduled for Tuesday 11th June at our Cardiff office.
