- Serving as the front desk manager during business hours and being the on-site contact for members.
- Developing community initiatives to foster connections among members and utilizing their feedback to enhance our client's space and community.
- Managing a team member and delegating tasks for site operations.
- Maintaining occupancy through sales efforts, conducting tours for prospective members, retaining existing members, and building relationships within the community and beyond.
