Company & role Profile:
Our client is a growing family owned Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing sub-contractor, located in the Southeast, and been trading for over 60 years.
Due to a recent contract award, they are now seeking a FM Contract Administrator who will be responsible for providing Commercial and Administrational support on a prestigious hard services FM Account.
General duties to include:
- The raising, allocation and completion of work orders for both the reactive and PPM works
- Daily review of work orders for those needing to be reassigned due to missing/awaiting parts
- Communicating effectively with customers both internal and external for the capture, recording and distribution of services calls onto the CAFAM system
- Regular checks with engineers to make sure they are aware of emergency jobs
- Checking and submitting of quotations
- Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
- Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the frontline teams
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of working within a FM Contract Administrator role environment is essential for this position and must be demonstrable
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast moving, timebound environment with an excellent telephone manner
- A good communicator and excellent organiser to enable you to deal with customers and clients in a professional manner whilst meeting their expectations throughout the process
- Basic commercial awareness working within SLA's and KPI's
