    The Bynder Channel and Alliance (C&A) team is responsible for generating new sales, and positively influencing the success of our field sales organisation, by building and executing relationships with certified solution partners and adjacent technology partners. The C&A team develops programs, recruits partners and drives joint sales and marketing activities to create new indirect and direct sales opportunities. Close collaboration is essential between the Bynder direct sales, marketing, training and implementation or key to the success of the C&A team.

    As a Channel Manager UK your primary responsibility is to nurture and expand relationships with existing partners. You will be the liaison between our organization and our partners, ensuring that both parties derive maximum value from the partnership. This role requires a blend of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

    The ultimate goal of this role is to achieve new revenue and revenue influence goals. Intermediate goals include recruiting new partners, generating sales leads, opportunities and ultimately sales.

    This involves multiple levels of skills, including recruiting partners, training partners, developing of joint GTM plans with partners, and holding partners accountable. Support of direct sales initiatives, developing and supporting relationships between bynder sales, customer success, SAMs and other parts of the sales organisation are also critical.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partner accounts, including onboarding new partners, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key partners by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Prospect and recruit new partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans for each partner, to drive mutual success.
  • Nurture and support the success of the partners through training and access to bynder resources as needed and appropriate.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to support partnership initiatives and drive results.
  • Develop innovative lead-generation activities such as joint marketing and account mapping.
  • Seek feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously improve partnership programs and processes.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and Bynder organisation, facilitating regular communication and ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to support partnership initiatives and drive results.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to present the bynder value proposition and platform demonstration.
  • Support product as necessary in support of marketplace ecosystem partnerships and integration.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate partnerships' success and identify improvement areas.
  • Proactively address challenges and obstacles to ensure the smooth operation of partner relationships and maximise value for all parties involved.
  • What you will bring:

  • At least three years of partner management or business development experience in a technology, SaaS, or consulting company
  • A minimum of 2 years in a direct quota-based sales role
  • A track record of success in driving revenue
  • Experience handling deal registration and channel conflict
  • Knowledge of how sales, marketing, and customer success intersect with a partner ecosystem.
  • Confidence in negotiating and contracting.
  • Affinity with technology and capable of learning how to demonstrate a technology platform
  • Comfort with and ability to use Salesforce, create reports, update and maintain accurately daily
  • Comfort with travel
  • An excellent independent contributor and team player, who is persuasive and influential cross-functionally and with executive management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and presentation skills.
