- Developing and executing channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, including VAR's, Systems Integrators and Consultants
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners
- Driving partner enablement initiatives, including training programmes, sales tools, and marketing to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support the company SaaS solutions
- Monitoring and analysing partner performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Continuously assessing and improving the partner programme effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote company solutions and build relationships within the partner ecosystem
- Proven track record of success in channel partner management, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders across different functions and levels
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights in to actionable plans
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and willingness to travel across the UK as needed
