Work with the Head of Sales and Sales Manager in establishing and developing relationships with existing and new buyers to achieve and transact sales within our market leading developments.

Having an appreciation of purchasers, their needs and culture is essentialto ensure a smooth transaction from finding the lead through to final completion.

Partnering with the Sales Manager through developing and maintaining agreed sales strategies nationally and internationally is also a key part of this varied role.

International trips will be necessary.

This role runs between two projects and each have different attributes requiring an understanding of the most appropriate approach that must work hand in hand with company brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with UHNWI enquiries and introducing and educating them on the product we are delivering and why it is appropriate for them
  • Undertaking viewings to convert leads to sales from the database and sourced from the sales agents
  • Manage introducer and buying agent relationships
  • Undertaking due diligence on new buyers and having an understanding of the AML legislation requirements for taking reservation fees and buyers identification
  • Assist with maintaining relationships with Sales Agents on an International and local level


  • Sales Data Management

  • Maintaining and updating master schedules and reporting to support board presentations by the Head of Sales
  • Provide support to appointed agent's sales teams such as resources such as brochures, marketing collateral etc.
  • International travel will be required to support sales initiatives Appointing and maintaining relationships with Sales Agents on an International and local level.
  • Liaison with the external sales teams to ensure enquiries, viewings and sales opportunities are maximised.
  • Work with marketing and events colleagues to leverage interest and activity generated through various campaigns. Be aware of the marketing calendar and attend events where there is opportunity to network, gather contacts and positively impact sales leads.
  • Working with the appointed external agencies and internal teams to develop and manage ongoing innovative strategies from the early stages to the inception of a development.
  • Implementing the sales strategy as directed by the Head of Sales and the Sales Manager
  • Assisting with putting together, managing and maintaining the budgets of approved initiatives
  • Have a good understanding of all legal processes for the residential element of the developments and being able to manage and instruct the relevant legal teams accordingly
  • Ensuring that all legal processes are implemented accordingly such as AML regulations and what the processes are
  • Along with the Sales Manager, mange any ongoing completed assets for rental or sale and select the most appropriate strategies accordingly
Person Specification
Minimum 5 years experience within a similar role
Previously worked in a HNWI environment and have an appreciation of purchasers, their needs and culture
International understanding and experience
Far East experience is advantageous
