Ashton Recruitment require a Website Administrator for our client based in Belfast.

Key Account Executive

Rate of Pay:
£25,000 per year

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing key clients, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue growth.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Develop account plans for key clients, outlining strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients on contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed client expectations.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and minimize churn, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor key account metrics and KPIs, tracking progress towards revenue targets and providing regular reports to management.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or similar role, with a track record of managing and growing key client accounts.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding abilities, with a customercentric mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills, able to identify opportunities and drive strategic account planning.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of the Electrical products is a plus.
