The role of the Learning and Development Operations Team Lead will be to assist with day to day Learning and Development operational activities through administration and reporting.

The client is a large Building and Construction service company based in Leatherhead.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Learning and Development Operations Team Lead will be to:
- Manage day to day operational activities of the function
- Supervise L&D assistants
- Accurate record keeping
- Monitor workshop feedback
- Customer query resolution
- L&D mailbox management
- Accurate budget transaction recording
- Support L&D BPs with key tasks and projects
- Preparation and issues of invitations joining instructions, manage attendance and engagement
- Training needs analysis on an annual basis
- Elearning rollout plan with external vendors
- Creation of new content across all modules ensuring quality standards are maintained
Profile
- Knowledge and understanding of L&D operation activities
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of E-Learning processes
- CIPD (desirable) / relevant HR/L&D knowledge
- Ability to build good stakeholder relationships
- Engage and motivate a small team
- Building and Construction Industry experience (desirable, not essential)
Job Offer
- Full time, permanent position based in Leatherhead
- Salary up to £40,000
