About the Role:


Are you a highly organised, adaptable, and proactive individual looking to play a pivotal role in a small yet dynamic charity? We are seeking a talented Business Support Officer to be the central support hub for all our departments, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding support.

If you have a knack for minute-taking, stellar administrative skills, have supported events, and exceptional communication abilities, we want to hear from you


Key responsibilities:


Administrative Excellence:

You will be the driving force behind our administrative functions, ensuring databases are up to date and all admin operations run smoothly.

Your attention to detail will be paramount in supporting the charity to meet its aims and objectives.


First Point of Contact:
Be the welcoming face and voice of our company, managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.


Event Support:
Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and workshops. Your keen eye for detail and organisational skills will make these events successful and beneficial to attendees.


Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

You will be adaptable and work across different departments, facilitating communication and ensuring everyone has the necessary resources and support to succeed.


What We're Looking For:


  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and other office software, along with familiarity with project management and CRM systems, is a bonus
  • Excellent communicator with both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, members, and stakeholders
  • A cando attitude, an appetite for learning, and a willingness to go the extra mile are key traits we value
  • Resourceful and can tackle challenges with creativity and precision.
