    Position:
    In-House Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ - 2 years) or Paralegal

    Location:
    Hertfordshire/Greater London (Hybrid, 3 days a week office based)

    Salary:
    Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE), plus bonus and benefits


    Our client, based in Hertfordshire/Greater London, is seeking a Junior In-House Commercial Property Solicitor or Paralegal to join their team.

    This role offers the opportunity to work three days a week in the office, providing a balanced approach to work-life flexibility.


    About the Role:
    You will play a crucial role in supporting the In-House property team in various aspects of commercial property matters and responsibilities will include:

    Providing legal support and guidance on a wide range of property matters related to our client's broad property portfolio.

    Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various property agreements and letters, including licences for alterations, way leave agreements, short-term licences to occupy, and agreements between landlords and tenants.

    Conducting property due diligence, such as title searches and title deed reviews.

    Assisting in the resolution of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, access disputes, party wall matters, and property damage claims.

    Carrying out legal research, document management, and administrative tasks to support the overall operation and efficiency's of the legal property work

    Qualifications/Experience:


    Junior Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) or experience Paralegal with strong background in commercial property, to note other legal qualifications will be consider.

    Good understanding of commercial property law, landlord and tenant law, and property ownership structures
